Our experience here was very very good. Really enjoyed our new-fashioned rooms, plus the staff was affable. Location: the hotel was so close to a bus stop, and restaurants. We ordered lunch at Mousses, located a 4-6 minute walk from the venue. The service was very good, no reason to complain.

The location was amazing for holiday in Amoudara. In the evening we visited Thigaterra, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.
The bathroom was extremely small.

We loved our good stay there a lot. Our room had a nice balcony. Here we were next to few of our favorite spots such as Ammoudara. This hotel was great.

Amazing Family Vacation!
The atmosphere at this all-inclusive resort was really good, thanks to the friendly staff and vibrant animation team, especially Hannah, who made activities fun for the kids. The variety of food options was excellent, with a delicious daily selection of local dishes at the buffet. The beach was fine, and we loved the spacious loungers available . It was a bit lacking for our comfort.

on the beach, close to the Heraklion centre, on the street with markets, big garden, very taste food, big selection of food, all inclusive hotel
There were not enough deckchair by the pool nor on the beach. The hotel-staff apologized for the reason that hotel was fully booked (we were there in the middle of the high-season), but unfortunately, when I pay for 4stars hotel, I do not want to lay on the grass. The other problem was, that many people reserve the deckchair very early on the morning (although it is prohibited by the hotel) and then they come in the afternoon.

Family with children will love it
We enjoyed the private beach, really good service from the lifeguard, and an lovely massage at the spa which was great. My son especially loved the daily kids club and the staff's dedication to keeping him entertained.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

missingWrote a review on 21 Augnoise issuelimited liquor
Noise from neighboring rooms can be a concern, especially if you're in a standard room with thin walls, but opting for a bungalow offers a more tranquil experience. The all-inclusive beverage offerings could improve, as many guests find the premium liquors to be disappointingly limited, forcing some to venture off-site for better options. While the beach party is a fun highlight, its infrequent occurrence can leave those seeking vibrant nightlife feeling a bit underwhelmed.

The beach was fantastic, where we made amazing memories while the kids played in the sand. The kids loved the Cretan Night at the resort, dancing and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, the store on site was a lifesaver for quick snacks and drinks.
My kids wished for more pool space. It was pretty cramped for the number of guests. An improved policy on reserving sunbeds would help families like us get the most out of our pool time.

The culinary scene was to die for! Fresh fruits and a plethora of options at the main buffet, made every meal an adventure. Loved that the staff were super friendly and the poolside drinks were on point, especially from that beach bar. The birthday surprise for our daughter? Massive thumbs up!
The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the neighboring rooms.

I recently spent a week at Agapi Beach Resort in a Double Sea View Room. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and were helpful throughout my stay. The all-inclusive dining options impressed me. Fresh local ingredients filled the buffet. I loved the Greek specialties available every day. The beach area was well-maintained, with plenty of loungers for everyone. I enjoyed relaxing by the large pool as well. The only hiccup I encountered was the slow Wi-Fi connection was nice. A great stay that balanced relaxation and delicious food.
